The Kabab Shoppe - Whitby

I am sitting here for the past fifteen minutes+. The girl working at the front desk came out twice, and saw that I am here. She didn't even bother to bring the menu or ask if I am ready to order. Very poor customer service.Nov 7,2023 at 4:53pm.

The food was ok. The service was great. I appreciate that they had the food ready when I went to pick it up.

Ordered first time tonight and was impressed with the quality and flavor of my food. Nice big servings and perfectly spiced. Everything was fresh and delicious especially the tandoori chicken bowl with salad. Wish I could rate higher and really looking forward to my next visit.

Great food but not a great service. We ordered a platter 2 for four people and couldn't finish it. Meat was fresh, kabobs were juicy, loved the tandoori chicken fries, bread was fresh. The problem was cutlery as we were served with disposable plates and stuff, for a dine-in restaurant it is such a turn off especially when your food is great. Service was below average as we weren't even provided with serving spoons and drinks.I would suggest to the owner of this restaurant to make some changes as that's gonna kill your customer turn-out, yes, you are saving a few bucks in washing the dishes but you're gonna lose business.
