Tim Hortons - Whitby

I ordered two chicken cravables. They were absolute garbage, the bun tasted expired, and the lettuce had turned black. I was eating in the store and I complained to them about it, they were like we're sorry, sir. I didn't ask for a refund or exchange, but they didn't have courtesy to offer anything themselves.

I was waiting for 8 mins to get my breakfast sandwich in the morning. I understand prioritizing the drive thru but when you literally have nobody in the front store, I shouldn’t have to be waiting that long.

The staff at this Tim's is absolutely the best I've ever seen always cheerful and upbeat, the young guy who usually works the early morning shift at the window during the week should be commended for his excellent attitude and positive approach! Highly recommended!

I'm updating my review here.Today I received the best Turkey Bacon sandwich and coffee ever here.So Improvements have taken place.TURKEY Bacon club sandwich, toasted, buttered, extra bacon and extra mayo. Perfection.Coffee 2 cream 2 splenda, perfection.Thank you....

The evening staff at this location is the best. I have never has my order wrong with the them unlike the morning staff. Very polite, fast always apologizes if it takes a little longer than usual, but when short staffed some days what can you do but 1 car at a time.
