Feedback gevenDate: Mar 2ndExperience: Hamburger Meat was under cooked, the texture was mush when you bite into it. After one bite i threw it out. Staff were pleasant for the most part, it was a busy day for them.Recommendation: Perhaps, there can be step included to quickly check the meat. Or simply touching base with your staff. Not expecting the world because it’s fast food but expecting the hamburger to be fully cooked is a fair thing to ask regardless if it was busy or not.
Ordered through the app and walked into the store to the workers still making my order. I got home and expected a fresh hot meal, but was faced with every single item I ordered on a 30+ dollar meal to be ice cold. Every member in my family complained so I decided to call the store. I told whomever I was on call with my experience and was then placed on hold for 20 minutes. I re-called and I was speaking to the shift manager at the time. When I told her the issue, she immediately got defensive of her staff and claimed that the food was made fresh. The only solution she offered was to come back to the store with my food and then she would decide if we could get a replacement. At this point, we were unhappy with our service and just wanted a refund but were told we had to wait to call the owner. I did not get an apology at all and was only met with an accusatory tone from the store manager making it seem like I was lying about my complaint. I took the issue to corporate as the customer service at this location is not helpful at all.

I went through the drive thru on 12/26/2023. It took a bit longer than expected but the staff remained polite and was apologetic.The food was delicious as always. Great work!
Roasted chicken too salty. Spoils the meat. Please reduce salt content. Service is slow at the back of the restaurant. Could be improved.
