Me and my fiancee received our food and it was cold, her eggs were just scrambled and was like a chunk of eggs and my biscuits and gravy are so cold that it feels like my microwave could do better. This is not a fancy place. I have been here many times for breakfast after church. I have never found it dirty. Maybe a little run down around the edges. There is only one waitress on Sundays, and she is great. Runs her butt off, and nobody waits for service, no matter how crowded. I have had several breakfast items. All of them are good. Why would I go back if the service and food were bad? I have never been there for any other meal, so I can't comment on lunch or dinner items.
