Canal Boat Cruises Of Riley Green

My wife and I hired out the Romance boat for our intimate wedding reception. The service provided by Bridie and the team was absolutely exceptional. They could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating with us in terms of what we were looking for. The trip itself, the food cooked, and the service received, was perfect. We could not have had a better day and would highly recommend Canal Boat Cruises to anyone looking for an afternoon out, or to hire for an event.

My partner and I have just spent 2 weeks onboard narrowboat Layla Boa. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles and a welcome from Louis who showed us on board and gave us a thorough briefing as to the operations of the boat. We had ordered a grocery delivery which was a seamless process and once all our food was onboard we headed off in the direction of Leeds. The boat was both comfortable and easy to manage. Our first locks were undertaken first thing the following morning and once we got into a rhythm we enjoyed the process. We stopped off on the edges of Blackburn, Accrington, Gargrave, Skipton, Foulridge and Bingley and roughly the same on our return journey staying our last night on our mooring at Riley Green. Both Louis and John were friendly and helpful in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with this family business and would highly recommend them to anybody who wished to have a holiday adventure.

We have just been on an evening cruise with meal. There were 31 ladies. We had a great time, the meal was fabulous and the staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly recommend Canal Boat Cruises at Riley Green. We will be booking another one very soon! Thank you for an enjoyable evening.

It was so lovely to be back on board Romance again yesterday. What an amazing job they have done with the refurbished interior, it looks like a different boat! We joined the tapas cruise and set sail on the Leeds Liverpool Canal. The food was excellent, the Spanish themed plates just kept coming all evening, we couldn't eat it all! Well done everyone involved in creating another wonderful experience. Thank you.
