Dairy Queen Grill Chill - White Hall

3/16/24 at approximately 7:00pm.I can handle slow service. What I refuse to take is a rude, disrespectful attitude at the window. Part of our order was a regular shake to which the lady screamed S, M, our L? I said regular please before realizing that I didn 't say Medium to her screaming even louder SIR.. SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE, IT 'S NOT THAT DIFFICULT . Really????Another part of the order was a strawberry milkshake with extra strawberries and a vanilla ice cream. She then asked if we wanted the ice cream in plastic or paper?? My father asked starts the difference talking to me. I began telling him the difference when the lady came back onto the speaker and yelled OH MY GOD... really??We pull up to the window and expected to be treated just as rudely as we were on the speaker. We received a soft chocolate ice cream (not what we ordered), a strawberry shake with no extra strawberries, and a blizzard that was straight liquid and I needed a straw to drink it.

Not a big fan of the food but you can't beat DQ on the ice cream

This is a gem of a restaurant. I’ve eaten five times, dine in, and always clean.

Really DQ, Mustard, Lettuce, and Tomato on my burger. You asked three times and got it right. What do I get? Mayo and Pickles. To top it off I order diet coke I get root beer. Looking at my receipt, its exactly what I ordered. Food is good service, attention to detail, sucks! I would give a one off, but there are five people working. You can do better, and you was a $25.00 minimum wage. No way
