The moral of the team members at this location was extremely low I believe they have a leadership/management problem

I placed my order through the kiosk as you normally would, since no ever mans the front counter any more. Once i completed the order a code flashed across the screen for a moment. However, i didn't read it because the kiosk usually prints out a ticket with my order so i can pay at the counter. It didnt print out anything and when i mentioned it to the person i had to flag down from the kitchen area. She told me that they dont put printer paper in the machine anymore. I had to replace the order at the counter and it cost me 2 dollars more than what the kiosk stated. And when i suggest they tape something to the kiosk to alert customers that there will not be a printed ticket for the counter and to pay attention to the code. She told me without prior permission from the company, she was not allowed to tape anything to the machine. I come through here often and will not be stopping here again.
The service was horrendous! The lady at the drive-through had a horrible attitude! We tried to order a sweet tea and they were out, we tried to order an iced coffee and they were out, we tried to order a strawberry shake, and their ice cream machine was down. My son and husband ordered a burger and McChicken and both sauces we asked for she literally had to ask another lady if they had any or if they were out.
