A&w - White House

Apparently they don’t know how to answer the phone. I’ve been in only one other time and it took forever and they were rude.

Tables dirty sticky. Order was missing items, which was rung up incorrectly, but didn't receive a receipt. They did fix their mistakes, with an attitude.

You may wonder why the low score for my review. The food was good. The service was good, but I was charged $12.99 for my chicken box meal when the menu board said $10.99. I didn't catch it until I got home and looked at my receipt. Even though at the time, I thought the total seemed high! No one should have to verify the price at the menu board drive thru is correct before they order.

I tried calling but no one would answer the phone so how can I call if no one will answer and if someone does who do I ask for. I did call main office the day all this happened so you should have the complaint from them where I called so it has my number on it you can call me since no one there at the restaurant will answer the phone when people calls. Food was disgusting along with the service. Not what I remembered about A&W. We stopped in on our road trip, returning to maine. There's no A&W's left in Northern New england. We have been in several A&W's, and this one gets the low rating. The A&W in Bolder City was incredible.
