Feedback gevenThe young staff at this restaurant frequently serve sandwiches that lack the vegetables they're supposed to include. I’ve never received an order that didn’t need to be remade. Additionally, about half of the menu items are usually unavailable because they haven't completed their prep work. It's definitely a good idea to start your order by asking, "What do you have available?"
I'm not quite sure what's going on with this place, but I'm starting to lose my faith in it. They've always been a bit slow, but now their quality control is becoming a real issue. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with no lettuce and added onions, along with a single bacon cheeseburger, also without lettuce and with added onions. When my wife and I got home and started eating, I noticed that my double cheeseburger had no onions at all. I had to search for the bacon, but I eventually found some. Fortunately, the lettuce was missing, as I requested. However, my wife's single cheeseburger also had no onions or bacon, which was the third time this has happened. As much as we enjoy the food at Sonic when we actually get what we ordered, our visits to this particular store might be coming to an end.
Every time we visit Sonic in White House, TN, we end up feeling disappointed. On our most recent visit, we waited 30 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and when they finally did, the speakercut out. Instead of addressing us, the employee moved on to take someone else's order at a different stall. This is the third time this has happened!
Fast food that is NOT fast. Where is management?? We waited over 40 minutes for a drink to be told they have TWO employees trying to keep the business afloat. People around us having to reorder after waiting 30-40 minutes. I believe in keepingbusiness local, but it would have been quicker to drive to Hendersonville. Next time we will do just that. Not sure why we gavethis place a 2nd chance.
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GET ANYTHING HERE!!! This Sonic is completely terrible! It takes FOREVER for someone to answer after you press the button then wait about 30 minutes to get your food order. We definitely won’t be back.This location should just close down if they don’t have adequate staff.
