Subway - White House

Feeling frustrated, I decided to order the Italian sandwich, which doesn’t require the toaster. As I placed my order, the girl made a rude comment about needing to cut some salami, complete with eye-rolling. I agreed and waited while she disappeared into the back, only to be gone for nearly ten minutes. As someone who works at a pizza place where we prepare salami, I can confidently say it shouldn’t take that long. I’m unsure whether she just wandered off or was simply taking her time to be difficult, but for the first time, I left without my food. It felt like she was deliberately dragging out the process. This young woman could use a serious reality check. While making sandwiches may not seem like a big deal, she needs to realize the importance of customer service. I really don’t understand how she keeps her job, and I definitely won’t be returning to this Subway. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either. The store desperately needs a staff overhaul; it seems to be staffed only by young people who might not be adequately supervised. I’ve never seen an adult or manager present during my visits.

I always order the 6-inch tuna sub with cheddar cheese, roasted vegetables, spinach, red onions, green peppers, oil and vinegar, along with salt and pepper.

The food is delicious and the restaurant is always very clean. They consistently receive scores of 99 or 100, which is exactly what I look for when dining out.

4 stars...... most of the time the subs are very good, however, lately I've been going by after 7pm the Italian bread has been very stale! Most of the employees are friendly fast. I was there 1/9/19, before 7pm, and the subs were on point, bread was fresh, ingredients looked tasted fresh. There were 2 employees making my 3 subs, the girl was very friendly , polite and fast, the guy.....not so much (he could've been new, which would explain it. , but no complaints about him.
