Feedback gevenI give them two stars because everyone was friendly. Unfortunately, you cannot eat kindness for lunch. This location has gone down hills, I will probably not return. This special location is super close to my office and so it makes running for lunch a quick and easy stop in my normal routine. I know that sometimes I visited as much as three times a week. This special week I visited three times, each was just as terrible. For the first time, they advise me that they were from chicken and beef. These links only steak articles available. I ordered a steak queen. It was so cold, the steak was cool, and none of the crushed cheese was melted. Two days later, I called first before I was sure they were back on the beef market because I really wanted a loaded Nacho-Taco. My husband brought my daughter to see me in my lunch break and we went together. My daughter, only 2 is picky what she's gonna eat. She wanted Nacho-Fries, of course. We have their Cheesy Roll Ups as a replacement. Same situation as the last visit completely cold, no melted cheese, which is an ingredient in this article. The last visit, at the end of the week, I finally got my loaded Nacho-Tacos. One was until the point at which the paper wrapping was melted at one end and the tortilla shell (to a soft taco) was stiff and staple. The other was so shameful on the product. There was only a crispy tortilla piece, no tomato cheese, and again unmistakably crushed cheese. With all my bad luck, I will either choose somewhere else completely or from my way to visit another place. It could be fast, and the people in the Windo can be friendly, but the food is TERRIBLE. Don't waste your money...
I'm not one to make reviews of all this often, but I'm disappointed in this place. The last time I came here, my husband had hair in his food, the food is cold when we get it, and articles from our order are missing or completely different. Also the quality of food is not good. It is thrown together, missing meat and/or standard toppings on regular items on the menu. I believe this is due to the obvious lack of interest and care of the employees who work here. We no longer give this location our service.
This Taco Bell is the best thing there is! Management definitely needs work, but the few employees I came into contact with were stellar! I'm coming here quite often and I have a few people who always stand out! A cook called Jacob is one of them. He's always so sweet and never gets an order wrong. His service is fast and correct every time! The only complaint next to the management is some of the service workers taking orders in the lobby. Many employees just sit around and look like them? not help or just sit outside in their vehicles. When I go in, it always looks short. A dark haired girl takes my order and she is sometimes very rude. Because she's the only one I have a problem with, I still love this Tacoglocke!

I typically do not leave negative reviews, but the service that I have had over the past several months from this location has been horrendous! I worked in fast food for years(working all positions), so I am completely aware of how crazy things can get. I'm also very understanding and am not one to complain if a thing or two is slightly messed up, but there is no excuse for this. Starting back months ago, each time I ordered from here either something was missing, or something was made incorrectly. So, I just decided to stop going for a while. Well, I have recently started going again, and they have once again left things out of my order or been out of the most popular menu items! The last time that I went, I was was handed the bag which was closed with a sticker(due to Covid precautions, which is fine) and was told all of my items were in the bag. Well, me having had the terrible experiences that I have had there, I decided to check my order anyway. I'm glad that I did because it was missing some of my order! They did however, make it correct for me, which I am very grateful for! I love Taco Bell. I'm just ready to have good service again, and to not have to worry if I'll get home with all the food that I paid for.
