Do better!!! The last 4 times I have ordered online, they don't start the meal until I walk into the store. The whole reason I ordered in advance is to give ample time to ready the order before i get there. And don't get me started on the accuracy. If those kids would drop their phones and do their job...
Took forever to get our food, and we ordered it 10m ahead on the app.Then the burger was very salty, fries were old tasting and the ice machine was broken. When the server would finally get off her phone to help customers, she just talked about how she is the only one running drive-thru.Burger was missing a slice of cheese, which I noticed after I was about done, but it would have taken another 30m to put cheese on it probably. Even the shakes we got were not thick and just not good.We love whataburger, but this location was a disappointment.
The food is usually okay, not great but passable. The service here is horrible. I don't expect much, it's just fast food. It took ten minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the drive through and there was no one in front of us or in the dining area. There were five staff members working so they weren't even short staffed. When we finally got our order and pulled up to the front the worker was face timing somebody instead of working.
