Dunkin' - White Plains

The employee at the counter was slow to take orders, let a friend skip ahead in line, and made mistakes with our orders.

It's a very small shop with little room to move around. If you're claustrophobic, I wouldn't recommend visiting. When I walked in, it was empty except for two staff members chatting. I ordered a coconut and peach refresher (I can't remember the exact name) and honestly, it wasn't good. The aftertaste was quite unpleasant—it tasted more like expired peach yogurt than anything else. I hope this review is helpful.

This Dunkin' is superior to the one on Main Street nearby. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin, and it was delightful. My coffee was piping hot, which I appreciated. However, I was puzzled as to why the trash can is placed right on the counter next to the sugar and other condiments. That was my only concern, and when I asked the staff about it, she simply looked away and resumed her tasks.

Awful Service. I have never been in a Dunkin like this before. Usually employees are nice at Dunkin Donuts. I was the only client and the lady working here was in her phone barely paying attention to me. After take my order, she kept me waiting for along. I asked after a while where is my coffee? She ignored me and later pointed where she put my coffee. Super bad service.
