If you're near 15 Bank Street Apartments or the Continuum, you have to give them a try. You can find them on all major food delivery apps, and if you're in White Plains, it's a nice walk to get there. The area is extremely safe, and they have excellent COVID precautions in place with glass barriers for social distancing. The restaurant is spotless, and they even grow their own fresh herbs inside. The authentic Italian ingredients are cooked openly for all to see. Having worked in restaurants for over a decade, I can say that there was nothing during my experience at Papi' that I would change. They have not only met expectations but also redefined what fast food can be in the future. At Papi', it's fast, healthy, and authentic. I only wish I had discovered them sooner when I moved to the Continuum last November. I will definitely be returning, and I love that they support #feedingwestchester."
I work in the area and stopped by a restaurant to grab an iced coffee on my way to catch the train. I didn't see iced caramel coffee on the menu, but the lady working there offered to make it for me. When she brought it over, the drink had only two ice cubes and was a strong, black coffee with a touch of milk. It was very bitter, and there was no whipped cream or sugar added. I tried to ask for a refund, but the lady refused. I ended up spending almost $6 on a drink that I couldn't even enjoy. The worst part was that the lady made me feel unwelcome, mentioning that incidents like this never happened at that restaurant. I felt judged because of my tattoos and piercings. Overall, it was the worst service experience I have ever had.
The service was excellent and efficient. We ordered the penne vodka and margherita pizza. The staff was very friendly and adhered to the necessary COVID protocols. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant.
I finally had a chance to check out the new Papi' restaurant located at the White Plains railway station. The location can be a bit tricky to find, but if you look for the 15 Bank apartment complex and head right from the main station entrance, you'll be sure to find Papi'! They offer fast casual Italian cuisine that actually tastes like authentic Italian food. The best part is that the restaurant is environmentally friendly, with biodegradable utensils and packaging. The owner and chef are both Italian, which adds to the authenticity of the experience. They are currently expanding their vegan options and are open to suggestions. Everything on the menu is clearly marked, and they offer vegan-friendly prosecco and soy milk for coffee. Their zoodles for pasta are a great gluten-free option, and they also offer gluten-free flower cabbage pinsa. The pinsa, a unique type of pizza, has a crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful interior - it was truly amazing. Overall, Papi' is a must-try for anyone looking for delicious Italian food with a twist.
The meatballs are fantastic and I really enjoy the pizza here. I'm a regular customer and I often treat myself to two dinners when I order from this restaurant.
