Crossroads Cafe - White River Junction

This is a neighborhood diner that offers a typical selection of food and drinks. The prices are quite reasonable, and the atmosphere is satisfactory.

We arrived early on Sunday morning, just as they opened, for our first visit. The atmosphere was very quiet, making it ideal for a relaxed, home-style breakfast. I ordered the breakfast sandwich while my husband chose the western omelet. Both dishes were fresh and offered generous portions without being excessive. The prices were quite reasonable, too. The interior of the restaurant is much more spacious than it appears from the outside, allowing for comfortable social distancing while dining inside. We would definitely return.

My wife and I enjoyed breakfast here and were really impressed by the bread! The food was expertly prepared and noticeably better than your typical greasy spoon. Although the place wasn’t crowded, we didn’t receive a coffee refill until we asked for one when we received our check. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return when we visit our son in college.
