Boathouse White Rock

I had a pleasant lunch on a peaceful Thursday. Despite the bad weather, I enjoyed a window table with a beautiful view. The Ahi tuna was perfectly blackened and cooked to perfection.

The food was fantastic and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset.

Our waitress was amazing, I was also observing her with other customers and was very impressed.

We have been coming to the Boathouse for over 25 years and the all the dishes have been consistently fresh, delicious, and overall great. The ambiance and service has equally been consistently great.

Food tastes really good however the plate arrangement was terrible. It was like the Chef just throw everything in the plate over each other and the sauce made a big mess on top of them. The arrangement should be aesthetically pleasing and highlight the key ingredients. I expected for a 50$ meal, we received an excellent dish (arrangement and taste) but surprisingly it was tasty but a dish of muddy ingredients.
