I had the funburger my friend had wrapped the chickenburger in salat without the bungalow. that is probably the place that does not calculate it extra for it. I didn't taste the triple. o sauce or it was missing. I decided for the $3,99 extra and got zoo sticks plus pommes. a great value. service was good. I'm back until I need another triple O repair.
The food was good, but the service wasn't. White Spot offers never ending pommes, but we had to ask how they never came back to offer them. We also had to ask for a container for our left and ask for the check. Also... saw a long time to get our food.
Like any family, our Christmas this year was broken by the pandemic. This meant that my 95-year-old legal mother would be essentially alone and probably had an egg for Christmas dinner. Your building has a massive lounge with four tables for eight...in it, which allows a large separation. The entire building, although not a care facility, is inhabited by very seniors and they are essentially in the same bubble since the beginning. I contacted the manager in White Rock, Steve Miller, at the beginning of December about four turkey dinners on Christmas Eve for my mother in law, her friend over the hall and another pair that are wheelchair bound. They were all very excited and very touched. Despite this fact that it is probably one of his most crazy days of the year, Steve managed to get four dinners delivered on time and HOT! The food was delicious, the portions very generous and the staff even installed two small free goodie boxes. They couldn't have been happier with their meal. Steve and his staff went well beyond and beyond the standard level service and we are very grateful to them. It allowed a little Christmas spirit to come to those who did not have it. Kudos.
I literally ate White Spots since I was 5 years old. The famous Triple O sauce was the same as it is now. ..and this sense of BC tradition is strong in the attitudes of locals towards this Canadian chain. Burgers and fried chickens are their landmarks, and although the menu has been significantly expanded over the years - I'm at one of these two menu points, and I'm never disappointed.
I have reviewed this restaurant before and the overall review was not positive. With changes made Sara Smith the Service Manager, has improved the service greatly, Our experience since the changes between reviews has been much better. The servers are friendlier, efficient, and more knowledgable.
