Be prepared for a wait, and when you finally reach the order window, be ready to change your selection, as they often run out of many items. It’s frustrating to see them advertise three soups only to be told that one or more of them are unavailable. The garden sandwich consists only of tomato and lettuce—nothing more. While the staff is friendly, the service system leaves a lot to be desired.

Situated within the casino, we stopped by because my mom wanted a coffee. Unfortunately, only one staff member was working at the time. It took a few minutes before anyone acknowledged us. As for the coffee, it was just your typical Tim's.

This casino has discontinued its complimentary coffee and soft drinks, which is disappointing. It's tough to enjoy playing for fun when you know you'll likely end up losing money, especially without the perk of free drinks. Thanks, Tim Hortons!

The service from the night staff was excellent. The cashier was very polite and friendly, and the service was quick. Unlike at most Tim Hortons, my coffee was made perfectly.
