The Old Bag Of Nails - Whitehall

Stopped by Friday night and we were excited to see a brand new build! Got Greta parking, and then that's were it started going south. Walked in to the hostess stand, stood there for about 15 minutes with another lady who said she was standing there for a while. No hostess ever arrived, multiple employees saw the people waiting and did nothing. Most tables had dishes/ debris waiting to be cleared. You would see people that had been sat, waiting, customers waiting on checks, hitting their credit cards on the tables. Not once did we see a manager, or any semblance of order or customer service. We left and drive to Arlington location where it might as well of been a different world and restaurant. Corporate BOG needs to reevaluate the Whitehall location, it's having an adverse effect of your brand.

They are very slow when it comes to door dash orders
