Feedback gevenThe lady at the counter very rude and I asked for sweet tea and it had no sugar in it at all I told her I didn't have any sugar she doesn't know it has liquid sugar so needless to say ended up throwing it away and the donut I purchased was hard like it had sit there all day long
Just went through the drive thru and the food was fresh and had really good service thank you
The two gals working there were super nice. The donuts were just as good as I remembered. Had a yummy mocha too. Restroom was clean.
New customer to Tim Hortons and what a horrible experience. Day 1, the app was nothing but issues so it was frustrating just ordering. Day 2, I waited almost 30 minutes just to pick up a mobile order!! There were only 2 cars in line. Then they wanted to charge $2 for a pup cup... 2 T of whipped cream. I will NEVER come back. What a horrible business. The lady working there was also very unpleasant. Do not waste your time. Went straight to Dunkin and bought snacks and got a FREE pup cup and made everyone's day. Don't forget, you work in customer service. Coffee is sold everywhere!
Horrible Service, The drive thru was slow, they input my order incorrectly, when I arrived at the window the young man gave me a donut, I ordered a Bagel with cream cheese, a med Hot chocolate with a shot pf hazelnut and whip cream, the shift manager started issuing a refund and I advised no I don’t want a refund I want my order corrected, she put her hand up and said bye bye ma’am get out of my line bye, I said wait who are you talking to that’s not how you treat consumers. A tall man came to the window and asked what happened? I explained and he told me his name was Marlon the General manager. He never apologized ot asked to fix it. I am in shock that this is how Til Hortons employees talk to their consumers…0,0, 0 the absolute worse service.
