This is a solid spot. It has a more upscale appearance than most BBQ joints you might visit. My only real issue is that you have to request additional BBQ sauce, as it comes in small cups instead of a bottle on the table. Best Bbq in 50 mile radius. I have tried many bbq restaurants and this one is close to perfect. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. She navigated me through the menu. The place was super clean with a nice vibe. My only issue that they have room for improvement is the lack of smoke flavor and the meat was not well done. If you look at the pic I posted you can see the brisket is really white. It looks as if it was boiled then smoked. I would say the same for the ribs. The taste was great. If it had stronger smoke flavor and the meat was cooked maybe 45 mins more it would have been text book bbq. I will say this place is number one compared to any of the Bbq restaurants within 50 mile radius. I am always looking for good Bbq.
