Feedback gevenFontanel called me and canceled our reservation. they said they hadn't stopped at special events. we have not eaten there and will probably not try again.
We have shown for our reservations that fontanel would not honor them. they claimed I had called to quit, but that was not true. we were there for a special event and time was a factor. the quality of eating and organization here are quickly down in the last 6 months. we've been here for two years and won't go back. as sad as it was at a time a great Italian restaurant. our server did her best to help us with this, as we finally got a table. I could add that bar offers and server turn around quickly so that another detail should add how the restaurant goes.
It was the glow halloween special and anyone who had reservations was told at the arrival that they did not honour reservations for special events. so we waited over an hour with our two little grandchildren together with many other customers for a table when 4 during 1 sat empty before us all the time. then to make it even worse than the dinning room emptied, they were not sitting again. it was 18 o'clock when we arrived there and they began to sit the outside deck instead. I'm not going back. they gave us travel tickets, then canceled that event as well as the compensated tickets were not even good. very bad administration.
We have tried to book this restaurant for dinner, but they said that this website should not be activated and the day of our reservation that they called and canceled. we were left to eat without a place and they said we could come and try open seating, but due to the event on the premises it would be about an hour waiting for us both. very poor customer service. they need to fix their marketing and reservations so that this does not happen again.
Cancelled our reservations for 3pm at 10:30 am that morning, we were coming from out of state. Talked to front desk was told due to some special event, also less than a half full restaurant when we talked to them. Not a good experience, since we had read in reviews to make sure to get a reservation.
