Carvel - Whitestone

Carvel never disappoints with their delicious treats. I always enjoy their desserts, especially the cookypuss ice cream cake.

The soft serve ice cream is not as creamy as expected. Despite the buy one, get one offer, the prices are still quite high. The location could use some improvements.

The ice cream at this place is fantastic. They offer specials Monday through Friday.

There is a long line from a ground, and I mean that on a good wise. they are fast and the ice is good it is simply super popular in the warmer months

This carvel has the freshest and best customer service ever. I noticed there was a review about a women and her picture was on it. Just to be clear I have been served by that same lady numerous times and she is always very friendly and nice. I don’t think it is very nice to put someone’s picture on a review without her permission. Especially when you don’t have anything nice to say about her. She is a hard working women who is always there doing her job. If she had a delivery and was a bit busy then so be it. For the future you should mention what toppings you would like before you place your order the employees there or at any other carvel are not mind readers. That’s on the customer to say exactly what they want in advance.
