HIGHLY recommend this place! Really good coffee and bread! Most of all, the owners are really sweet and friendly. I felt that they are welcome me! This is a cafe I want to visit more often because of the two really nice owners! The cafe has a nice atmosphere and it’s my favorite cafe! I recommend it

I was very surprised when they refused to use my tumbler. I never got no since everyone knows plastic makes serious environmental pollution. Even other location Whitewindmill accepted my tumbler. This store makes tons of plastic garbage every day that never goes away but turns into micro plastics, stays forever on earth, and even don't want to be bothered by simply using a customer's cup. Shame on them. Starbucks korea offers tumbler washing machines and discounts to encourage usinging tumblers . If White windmill worry about germs, they should use environment friendly products.

They generously included free candles, a cheerful Happy Birthday sign, a convenient plastic knife, and even a cold water bottle to keep us refreshed. These small yet incredibly kind gestures made us feel valued and appreciated. Their customer service is second to none. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly personable, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect celebration. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness transformed a simple cake purchase into a delightful experience. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for exceptional products and outstanding service. They truly made my mom 's birthday extra special, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

The owners were friendly and welcoming, but they could improve the quality of their coffee. It seemed either over-roasted or made with expired beans, in my opinion.
