Feedback gevenYall need to take heavenly and that bald headed mananger off of third shift.... lines are always wrapped and heavenly doesn't know what GUEST SERVICE IS!!! take the airpods out and quit ignoring PAYING customers but the black manager on third shift has people CANCELING door dash orders and driving out of the DT due to being SLOW, and not letting you order food while picking up a door dash YALL ARE LOSING SALES!!!!
Cashier was a little rude. She put in our order wrong, and we didn 't get our hasbrown with the order. I asked for my muffin well done and it came out under done. My husband went back to get his hashbrown we didn 't receive with our order, the cashier handed him the order, and the hasbrown was torn apart and under done. Several other customers were waiting for long periods of time, and their orders were incorrect as well. Cashier really didn 't seem like she cared.
Ordered fish sandwich,it wasn't hot and didn't taste fresh.I told them about the fish,they suggested I ask for fresh next time and would have wait.I wasn't offered another sandwich,nor apology,due to being hungry I did order small order of chicken nuggets and was satified.Not a great experience,but I am a person of second chances.
Excellent service and the coffee is always great, Shawn who works the night shift is always polite ,friendly, and a great person he really is great at his job. I highly recommend this McDonalds to amyone!
I eat at a lot of McDonald's and I have to say the food quality here is consistently good every time, no matter when I show up.
