Was very disheartened to find that the taproom of my favorite beer is so anti-family…..Somehow every other major brewery, biergarten, taproom, etc. in NC has found a way to accommodate, let alone allow, children on their premises but the folks down here in Whitsett had a couple bad experiences and decided it wasn’t worth the effort to come up with a creative way to let patrons with children (or any friends/family members under 21 enjoy their tasty beer and grounds. Closed-minded bunch of jerks (the employees were very rude and snippy when we asked about their reasoning for this policy, stating “that’s not a city thing it’s just an US thing!” ….needless and sadly to say I’ll never return here as long as this policy is in place. Really hope they change their minds in the near future or at least find a way to allow children in certain areas now that there isn’t as much construction going on? because to their credit they do make some of the best beer around!
Great spot! Cool atmosphere, really good beer and brats. Dogs welcome. Hard to beat for casual hangout. Do it.
Jake is a sweetheart and always takes the best care of us when we come in! We look forward to seeing him each time we go.
Man I love this place.....been going since 2015....hadn't been in a couple years...the little restaurant is cool...two new beers have been added I think since my last visit...can't wait for that new building to open up...tours are cheaper also
Great brewery. No kids allowed which is great. Nice to drink a beer in a relaxing atmosphere with adults without kids running all over the place.
