Jack In The Box - Whittier

The guy from the drive thru was so rude. He had an attitude and he seems annoyed.

People were nice and friendly . Place was very clean but the food looked and tasted like it was pulled straight out of the freezer and served barely heated . And the curly fries looked like I got the bottom of the fries . I was hungry and short on time so they were lucky!!!

I ordered an online order last night around 12:54 so I drove up to the speaker box and nobody answer so I left and saw someone stand up and run to the back which I thought was weird and someone else drove up so maybe they couldn’t hear me so we took a turn back around and the front driver didn’t get a response neither which was very weird because now I know somebody is indeed inside mind you I had two orders and I check my phone again and it says completed!!! My order was indeed not completed I have video proof and everything I was sitting at the drive thru for about 20 minutes I also honked and still nothing next day im calling the store they don’t pick up at all I called 4 times and nothing they thinking they will get away with taking my money I don’t think I will take this up to the highest u until I receive my money

Got a free jumbo Jack with a purchase of a large drink when Dodgers get 10 or more strike outs the day before.

This location was the worst I've been to. Twice have I asked for simple well done fries and there is always attitude about when they forget.
