Dumb barista with the glasses and orange mask kept making me feel stupid when he said they were out of stuff and kept mentioning a sign saying they were out of stuf when there was clearly no sign around and he was rude about it, do better starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shift manager refused to give out venti cups of ice water. Purchased a venti cold drink and wanted a cup of water as well. Shift manager informed me that it was the store policy to only give out tall cups of water. Very disappointed in the service. It was unkind and unnecessarily rude. Baristas were working in the drive-thru. Shift manager walked around without a sense of urgency and completed menial tasks. Wait time was very long. I could’ve been offered a venti cup of water to pass the time and that would’ve made all the difference. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Starbucks is consistently the highlight of my day, and this location was as wonderful as I expected. Clean, efficient, quick, polite, and friendly! I went on August 8th 2023, right after the Barbie movie. They actually had a Barbie inspired drink, and decorated with Barbies. How much do you love that fun environment??? I was delighted. Picture included with this review. I wonder if they make more custom site-specific drinks for other fun events... (Also as of 08/08/23 i was the only customer wearing a mask. I don't remember if any baristas were. Not as much indoor seating as I hoped for, but that's not a big deal. A HUGE counter for easy mobile order pick-ups.
