The chicken and asada tacos are some of the best I've ever had. The green salsa really enhances the flavor, making it super delicious. I've also noticed they have a taco stand in the evenings, and I would definitely recommend checking that out!
I stopped by to try their burritos. They're really huge! The burrito costs $10.00, and there's an additional $1 fee for using a debit card. I almost finished it, but I couldn't quite get through the whole thing. The taste was decent, but it wasn’t my favorite. The salsa was also disappointing.
I ordered a lengua burrito, but what I received was far from satisfactory. The rice was terrible, and the lengua was anything but great. I'm really unhappy with this place.
Overall, it was a nice experience at this cozy little restaurant that feels like a hidden gem. The food has that nostalgic taste of classic home cooking, and I would definitely return. Although I'm not usually a fan of al pastor tacos, they prepared them exceptionally well here—it's the only place I’d consider enjoying them. It’s a must-try! We sampled nearly everything on the menu, and it was all delicious.
This is a charming little place! I tried three tacos, and they were exceptional. The tortillas are homemade as well! I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer tripas, but there was still a great variety of other meats to choose from, like pastor, asada, and even shrimp!
