Feedback gevenBeen going downhill lately with customer service and accurate orders! Dairy Queen seems to be better on the ice cream and service.
They did exceptional when we had a HUGE order. Even when something was forgotten, the manager was very nice and friendly to my son who is special needs. Will definitely be back, even inside.
Change in management lately? Place has taken a drastic turn in recent weeks…lack of training, cleanliness and frequently out of supplies.
The ice-cream is good, but their hamburgers are bland. The Braum's on 21st and Tyler has much better burgers.
Good, quality fast food and their ice cream is one of the best values around. Also like that I can order a side of gravy with fries!
