Cold Stone Creamery - Wichita East

I was so excited about my pumpkin Apple Al a cold stone until about my 5th bite in I feel something hard and to my biggest surprise I pulled out a little piece of a chicken bone from my mouth. I swear on everything I love it was a chicken bone! I’m mortified and will never be eating from cold stones ever again! This is so not ok.

Very sad employees act the way they do we came in with our family last night an employee insist on telling me they're closed it is literally 9:31 we were there at 9:28 but we were talking to people that came out the door and I said what your closed yes we're closed and I could tell she was rude but I've never been to a place where you're in the door specially when it consists of serving up a scoop of ice cream it takes 5 minutes we will not be visiting this cold stone again July 12th I hope whoe … – show

Not impressed at all. Went in to order ice cream, the Heavier set older man acted like it was a burden for him to help. When I picked my ice cream, he said what size and pointed at the cups, I thought about it and said I honestly would like a cone. He said “well I still need to know what size” and pointed at the cups again..
