We love stopping here when we are in Wichita! Mom and dad get coffee and the kids get ice cream!!!

Papa’s General Store is a unique place and such a hidden gem! I love coming here to study or to meet up with friends to play games. They have a vast selection of board games and card games as well as funky sock collections too.Their ice cream is delicious, I love getting the Moose Tracks. I’ve never seen a place that serves liquor in their milkshakes too so that’s a great addition. It’s a fun spot for family and friends and I definitely recommend visiting at least once!Kid-friendliness: On the second level there is a plethora of games to play with family and friends. As well as an outside deck for energetic kids to run around on.Wheelchair accessibility: They have accessible ramps to enter into the shop.

This was my 1st time at this establishment, so take that into consideration when reading this. Everyone has a bad day, but way too many issues happened for a Friday night. Everyone and I mean everyone with little children decided that this was the place to let their kids do whatever they wanted. Running all around downstairs to upstairs and back again. When we got there they had 1 dog on the roller, so we went upstairs to find a place to sit. When it was done we heard a yell from downstairs that 1 was ready. 3 yells later we have our 5 dog order, so they apparently can only do 2 dogs at a time. They were out of forks, so we ate dogs with a spoon. They fully displayed an alcohol menu on a board and pamphlets, but everyone working were underage, so alcohol could not be served. I try not to put horrible reviews up, but there were way too many issues for a 1st experience not to especially for $6 hot dogs.

A highlight of Clifton Square in College Hill, on East Douglas at Clifton Avenue. Amazing drink and dessert destination with an engaging and helpful staff. Here visitors will find plenty of premium shake and ice cream options, along with espresso and soda creations that fills a menu that has something for everyone. Upstairs is a game room set up with tables and board games, along with socks, stickers, and magnets for sale. With so many options including a nice patio, it’s alway fun to stop by for a treat and a game with the family while browsing their interesting inventory. I highly recommend Papa’s to all of Wichita.

Went in last night after a super long day with my kiddos, and was BLOWN AWAY with how amazing this place was. Not only were the shakes absolutely amazing, the staff was as well. Amazing experience and I will definitely go back when I'm in the area again 110% recommend ??
