Feedback gevenIf I could give this place a ZERO it deserves it. Worst attitudes and customer service. Will never go back (won’t hurt their feelings, I know) The less ppl means less work and nobody wants or knows how to work these days.
It took a long time for them to take my order. The line was long. The food was good. They need help.
The food was ok and service was non existent since I was required to take the order for myself on the kiosk (there were 3 or 4 employees in the back taking drive through) but what really was annoying was the obnoxious rap one of the employees had going on their cell phone which was as loud as the music in the lobby so I'm hearing a blend of 90s pop and the N-word while I'm trying to eat mexican food
My Steak Chalupa very little meat also my five layer burrito has hardly any meat on his more beans
My husband was double checking order…almost always wrong. No one behind him in line Clerk told him to leave because it was messing up his metrics. He tried to explain he was double checking order. Clerk went and got manager who told my husband to drive on. My husband completed the order check and things were correct. What has thos world come to that most of time order is messed up. Worried about tome of order vs quality of order..
