Found a piece of plastic in the 7 layer nacho fries that I got from the location at West 21st street. After sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Food was cold and the quesadilla was not cut.

The last 2 times ive been there, everything has been disappointing. My food has been wrong, the wait was unreasonable, the employees didn't speak other than to say the price. My food tonight looked right so i left but when i got home it was wrong and i couldn't eat it. I didnt want to spend ANOTHER HOUR to get it fixed

Had a staff of 6 but half was playing around while they had 4 different orders still waiting for 30min now.

Online ordering has worked great. Able to pick up either in store or drive thru.
