The Beacon - Wichita East

Good breakfast, Big portions. My kid's loved the cinnamon toast and the French toast. Parking: The parking lot was packed when we pulled up, but it was free. Kid-friendliness: The kids loved everything they ordered, pancake, French toast, Belgian waffles and eggs.

While I was delivering a load down the street(OTR Trucker), I was told about this place. Worth the lil walk. Really love the food and the server I had. I’ll definitely will return whenever I’m nearby. Thank you

One of the best, standard breakfast for breakfast or lunch diners in the city. The food is consistent, tasty, and uncomplicated. They've refreshed the interior, but it remains a simple little hole in the wall. If you're looking for a traditional, home-cooked breakfast, I recommend The Beacon. ???? Parking: Small and tight parking lot, but that's never stopped me. There's on street parking, of course. You might have to walk a block sometimes, though.

Always a favorite of ours for breakfast! Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps but tight quarters. Also restrooms are pretty small.
