Wasabi Hinkaku - Wichita East

Wasabi is straight trash. The first time was terrible but I ordered it on uber eats so I assumed maybe it would be better in person. Well the second time was equally as terrible and we dined in, tonight I placed a to go order and it was nasty. I spent 57 bucks tonight and ended up ordering Blue Fin shortly after. Our family friends have been coming here for years. It is a local favorite. Their items are reasonably priced. Staff is very efficient. You'll find good quality sushi here. I recommend the flaming lobster roll! It comes out on fire, so you get dinner and a show. Also, it happens to be cooked and not raw sushi roll. Having said that, their raw sushi rolls are also delicious.

Favorite sushi place!!!! Consistently good and good prices. Wait staff seem to be angry and burned out most of the time though. Hope they are treated well.

Absolutely delicious! Chicken fried rice was made to perfection! I wish you got more spring rolls for what they were charging for, but they were delicious also. They're are going to be getting a lot of business from me
