Fiesta Mariachi - Wichita Falls

This restaurant was fantastic! It was the first outing my husband and I had since the pandemic began, and we were unsure of what to expect. The waitstaff was excellent and incredibly attentive to detail. They quickly cleaned up and ensured that tables were well spaced apart, making an effort to minimize cross-contamination. Aside from their focus on cleanliness, the food was amazing. They offer a variety of shrimp dishes to sample. I also tried their mocajete, and it was incredible! I absolutely loved the sauce! The salsa was tasty, and the rice and beans were quite good as well. I would definitely come back here again!

The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable, with a clean and spacious interior. There’s a full-service bar area and a large separate space for parties. Overall, this restaurant is a great option for lunch or dinner. It’s family-friendly and features a variety of meat and seafood options, including tacos, burritos, and dishes served with rice and beans. The menu leans toward a Tex-Mex style but also includes some authentic choices. Additionally, there are drinks, desserts, and a decent selection of kid-friendly meals available.

Our server was fantastic! Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The drinks at the bar took an extremely long time to prepare and were so strong that my wife couldn't even finish hers. The food was only lukewarm. I understand that it can get busy, but tonight things just didn't go as they should have. They really need to hire another bartender for busy nights and possibly have someone to help get the food out of the kitchen more efficiently.

This place was a great choice. Their service was extremely prompt. From order to table it was 5 minutes for a full plate of fajitas. The portion size is huge for the price. I had leftovers. I never have leftovers. However, the thing that made it 4 stars and not 5 was the lack of seasoning and flavor on the fajita meat. It lacked anything it seemed like. So it was just grilled chicken and steak without any oomph. If they were able to add in a little more seasoning it would have stolen my heart. Also. The flan is excellent!

Worst service ever!!! Was sitting down waiting to be helped for 15 mins, no drinks were offered or anything! Asked one of the guys that cleans the tables if we were going to be helped and he went and asked around to see who our waitress was. The girl he asked said no one was doing our table and then he had to go to a group of them that were just hanging out at the bar to come help us. Truly disappointed since we had been here a couple of times
