Firehouse Subs Quail Creek Crossing

What a great restaurant I eat here every once in awhile. I think they might have a hard time keeping employees because I never said the same employees whenever I go, but that makes it. They do make good sandwiches and the sandwiches are decently prettygood. They're steamed very well. I usually get to hook a matter. The hook and ladder is one of the best foods on the menu andthe menu is a pretty robust. As long as you know you're like sandwiches. I would assume that you like sandwiches if you'reeating at a Firehouse subs. So come on in a firehouse subs and get yourself a firehouse of a sub cuz they are pretty good.Anyways, I definitely would recommend eating here because it is a great restaurant and restaurants that are great are recommendto worthy so I have recommended you to try this restaurant.

First you are greeted and doesn't sound really forced, the food quality is excellent, cleanliness is on point. Compared to subway you will pay about a dollar more for certain Subs but in this case you get what you pay for.

Turkey Bacon Ranch (minus) onion is DELICIOUS. I got an email and then saw a commercial. That was all it took to plant that craving. I had to have Firehouse. The manager is very friendly and the crew is fantastic. A must have.

My girlfriend and I both got Friday's special, the jerked turkey sandwich, and really enjoyed it. The jerk seasoning on the meat was very flavorful and the overall balance of flavors in the sandwich was nice. I got the macaroni and cheese with bacon addedand it was creamy and quite tasty. The fancy soda machine was fun to use, and it was the first time my girlfriend had evergotten a drink they enjoyed from a fast food restaurant. My only complaint from the trip is that when I got the cherry limeade,the only flavor to it was cherry syrup. I'm not sure if it was just a fluke and one of the syrups didn't go in, or if it's justpoorly balanced, but I'd be willing to give it a second chance. The restaurant was clean and the decor simple but inviting. Therestroom was also clean.

The employees working at this location were absolutely wonderful. When I walked in, I was greeted with an enthusiastic welcome to Firehouse! from the entire crew, and I felt like they were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making myexperience a good one. The whole staff was awesome, but in particular, one of the managers, Michaela, and two of the employees,Hope and Tara, kindly went out of their way to help me find something awesome to eat. I 'm Jewish and I follow a kosher diet, soI can 't have pork or shellfish and I can 't eat dairy and meat at the same time. Some restaurants get frustrated with all of thequestions that I have to ask before I can eat, but the fantastic staff at this Firehouse location were endlessly patient withme. They put their heads together to come up with different options for me, and I can 't express how thankful I am for that! Theymade sure that?though my sub would inevitably need to be altered to make it kosher-friendly?I still had plenty of delicious,flavorful items to choose from... and what I ended up eating, a steak cheese sub without the cheese, was out-of-this-worldtasty! It really hit the spot. Thank you to the entire crew for making my experience a great one, but additional special thanksto Michaela and Hope! I 'll definitely be back the next time I 'm in the mood for a mouth-watering sandwich!
