McDonald's - Wichita Falls

I love the fries here. My nephews and nieces love Happy Meals . This is our way to get for this fast lunch. Food: 4/5

Very slow. We've been waiting for a normal, simple order for a long time. Homeless people everywhere and the parking lot smells like grass smokers. Don't stop if you're in a hurry. They let us go and never brought our food and when we came in, we just sat there. Nobody brought it.

Do not go and order from the night shift. You will forget to give you parts of your order and any sauce, straw or additional items like this on the order. You then close the window on your face and ignore your questions or complaints. We gave them 2 chances to do their jobs properly and choose them to ignore basic requirements for work.

The curbside feature used on the McDonald app to be very fast and efficient. The last four times they took over 8 minutes to bring me only 1 cup of hot coffee. Coffee is rarely hot. I ordered HOT coffee. NOTHING warm coffee. Definitely not ICE COFFEE. This always happens if they are busy or if I am the only car on board or in the car thru. The morning guide is very nice and helpful, but unfortunately she has many garbage workers. Recently, I just got coffee from DD, so if McD is screwing up basic coffee again and again, I'm just gonna devote my money to DD. Better coffee anyway.

10:30 lunch starts so everything is fresh. The only issue was the cheese was really cold so it made the burger taste a little cold.Food: 4/5
