Mckinney Bbq - Wichita Falls

I ordered the turkey sandwich. It was on hamburger bun that was so flat and the turkey was dry. They precut and leave it until it?s ordered and then put together. I told the lady at the counter and all she said was thank you. As we were getting into the car, someone comes running out offering to provide ?fresh? turkey. By this time, I was very disappointed and the way I was received I am afraid it may be tainted.

The best BBQ in the area!! Will continue to drive 90 minutes for the deliciousness this place puts out! It is tied for top spot on my list with another place in NV! I would have to put them side by side to determine a winner!

The food was decent, and the dining room was nice. The ribs and beans were alright, but the cabbage lacked any distinct flavor and had an unfortunate plastic-like taste. The service left a lot to be desired; it wasn't pleasant at all, which would prevent me from returning or recommending this place. We felt like we were a bother to the staff.

I had a fantastic visit to this family-owned BBQ restaurant. They recently opened at the beginning of the year and have faced some challenges due to the shutdowns. The brisket was tender and flavorful, though it was a bit on the dry side. The ribs were juicy and cooked to perfection. The coleslaw was excellent, although I'm not a fan of sweet potato salad. I also got to try all three BBQ sauces—regular, sweet, and spicy. Overall, the food was great, and I highly recommend it!

Feeling famished and in the mood for some comforting BBQ, I stumbled upon this gem on Google. Wow... McKinney's had me daydreaming about their food for an entire week afterward! I can't recommend it highly enough. The sweet sauce was fantastic, and the toppings on my loaded potato were delicious, not to mention the sides that were absolutely to die for. I give it a perfect 5 out of 5 stars and plan to make this my go-to BBQ spot from now on!
