Pizza Hut - Wichita Falls

They are cheap and the service is fast. The manager is wonderful. You're lucky to have them! Oh, and the pizza was great and how I ordered it. Try the brownies they're great!

Always have my pizza ready for pickup at the right time, and their delivery is also great! Friendly ride thru window staff. Great!

I picked up an online order for the delivery. Everyone was on the back like the zombies on my legend. I sat in the car until I decided to go in. I waited another 10 minutes before someone came forward. I gave the order name and the code and the cashier pretended he didn't see him in the computer. My customer was so irritated that she canceled the order and I lost this trip. I feel he played stupid so his deliveryman could get this trip... Whatever the reason was, it was unprofessional and very sticky considering that they were on the back at tik tok while I wait. I hate unprofessionality with a passion!!! It is sad that these companies are so desperate for workers that they hire those who are not sufficient to reduce the quality of their business. Therefore, no matter how long the line is, Chic fila STAYS is overfilled and packed. They have a standard of service for their employees and the quality of their food is top class. People go there for that. I am interested to see how long this pizza hut remains open because this experience was terrible. The lights were on, but NOBODY WAS HOME!!!

I ordered online at 12:45. Upon arrival to the store at 1:05 they inform me that the manager had to go to get cheese and that my order would be finished later.

Pizza showed up twice with toppings slid to one side. One of those times it showed 1hr. Late!
