The Highlander Public House

The food, drinks, and service were excellent. The dishes arrived quickly, and the waiter was very attentive. The fried mushrooms were delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection. The mashed potatoes were slightly under-seasoned, but a pinch of salt solved that. I had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The food was good, and the drinks were enjoyable as well. However, I must say that the service was absolutely terrible! We were a party of 10, and despite that, the waitress still received her automatic gratuity of $55. It took us 15 minutes just to place our drink orders after repeatedly asking for someone to take them. Then we waited another long stretch to receive our drinks and to order appetizers. When it came to refills, we had to ask another server ourselves. On a positive note, our server was friendly whenever she did come to our table, although it seemed like they might have been busier than we could tell. The bartender was very pleasant when she delivered our mixed drinks. Since we were visiting and weren't in a hurry, we managed to make the most of it. However, if we had been pressed for time, we probably would have left after 10 minutes of waiting without being served.

This restaurant has an excellent patio that's perfect for both dogs and humans who enjoy sitting outside! The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food was served hot and was very tasty. Although the exterior may seem a bit intimidating, once you step inside, you'll have a fantastic experience! I highly recommend the fish, especially the chips, and I also loved the flavors of the chicken and waffles!

We got there around 2ish, it was quite slow but took awhile for anyone to take our order, but once the server was assigned, it's all good. Food was decent and big portion. For some reason, so many fly and quite annoying, we had to wave constantly to get ridof fly.

Omg. You have to have the fried pickles spears. So delicious although you only get 4. I will get them next time. The fish and chips was delicious as well. We shared it and couldn't finish it. The prices are good cause you get the great food. I willreturn if back around.
