The person who took the order was very rude and they can say that they don't want to be there, but the girl in the window is very nice and pleasant. but my chicken strips were hard, I couldn't even eat them

The whole floor was sticky and the employees didn't engage with anybody do you got your food and you got out no smiling nothing

The service was quick and friendly, but unfortunately I received the wrong sandwich. I didn't realize until I got home and had to return to get the correct one. They didn't offer any compensation for the mix-up, but they did remake my order. I had to wait for it again, but the jalapeno poppers were delicious and fresh. Once I finally got the correct sandwich, it was good. However, they lost a star for the mistake.

Arby's has brought back its Chicken Cheddar Ranch Sandwich for a limited time and seeing it on the drive thru menu board while out-and-about running some errands yesterday, I jumped on it going for a combo meal. The chicken tenders, fried to perfection were super crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. That crispy breading is complimented nicely by the cheddar cheese and you get the freshness from the crisp lettuce and juicy red tomato. But what puts this sandwich over the top is that Parmesan peppercorn sauce, delivering a creamy, zesty, tangy flavor making this sandwich truly mouthwatering. It's a fantastic combination of flavors and textures all wrapped up in that soft sesame seed bun.
