Baskin-robbins - Wichita

Need to update online. Said you were open and still closed.

Came to this baskin robbins today, it was normal hours and google said they were open. went to the drive thru, nothint. so we looked inside and tried to open the door. no one inside and doors locked but it was regular business hours?

We couldn't understand the girls because the music was too loud! They were having to yell at each other too! We won't be back, too many other places to get ice cream.

Generally speaking, my family and I enjoy baskin- robins. Today was a sour experience.My initial take on todays experience is that this location is struggling. Their profits are falling and they can not afford samples anymore and are using covid as an excuse. Prior to today I haven’t had an issue with samples. Also, if covid was a concern, both employees would be wearing their masks. Only the young man working today (who is always pleasant) was wearing his mask. The female employee on the other hand…she was not wearing one. She was also kind of rude about the samples. As opposed to verbally saying something, she simply pointed to a sign… I have been to this location many times in the last couple months and never had them say no to a sample.I also was a bit irritated that my daughters ice cream cone was poorly scooped. The ice cream fell off in only a few minutes. I don’t usually have this issue. I just don’t for see us coming back. I really like the young man that works there. He is great!The girl working today may need some more training.

We waited 15min at the drive through with my 3 kids and wife. The lady at the intercom was very rude to us and said she is the only person working. But said it very rude the whole time this place is very unprofessional. @1:33pm Monday December 27th 2021.
