Always have had excellent service. Food has been great, never having an issue. Great place to take family and friends.

Welp... was seated by host. Sat for over 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table for anything. No water, no welcome, no acknowledgment, no nothing. We got up and left. I don't think anyone noticed or cared.

It's been years since I had returned here. I decided to do a pick up order. The hostess behind the counter was not pleasant at all. My order was not hot at all but warm. The salmon was seasoned well but everything was average unfortunately. I think it would have been better dining in. It looked nice and cozy inside so that's what may have made the difference, but not sure with the first impression of first contact person.

We're big fans of Bonefish Grill for our date nights. The calamari and kung pao Brussels sprouts never disappoint, and the diverse seasonal menu accommodates different tastes. The service is consistently excellent, and I think they've recently updated the decor. No reservations needed around 7:30 pm on a Friday which is always a plus.

I was extremely disappointed in the Mahi with lemon butter sauce. Very little taste and it was over cooked. The jasmine rice was also over cooked and tasteless. I also order the steamed broccoli which was good but they gave me enough to feed three people easily. The service and the ambiance was good but for what we paid, the food was not worth it. I'll never go back.
