Feedback gevenThe people were very friendly, but the person in the register lasted 7 8 minutes (including their manager at home) just to enter my speck cheeseburger properly because I wanted a bungalow, and senf and pickles on the side. really a very simple order. everything she had to do was turn around and the person to say that it doesn't make a bungalow, senf and pickles on the side, as she couldn't find out how to enter it on the computer. it was then sunk with screed so that it was made with a lot of ketchup on the side of new, screed and pickles. the burger doesn't even come with ketchup, but from some reason she decided to put ketchup on it. I didn't want ketchup, I never talked about ketchup. I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me so at this point, I just scratched as much as I could and tried to dress it with BBQ sauce. it was terrible. as far as the speck went, he looked like the thin, micro-changeable things and had only 3 pieces on it, which corresponds at most to one and a half small strips. the burger was also very small, maybe 1/6
We had to wait 30 minutes for 16 nuggets and a burnt tweeper ring. we couldn't even finish eating. I'm curious as if this was a fast eating or a general Northside problem, due to lack of fast business or lazy employees.
You can say what you want, but this one came through today when west st absolutely failed. montez jones really knows good customer service!
Terrible service, terrible eating. Never before had someone burned the two rings with a straight face. I got that sandwich wrong. it was always the right one. I'm not going back.
This 5 stars goes DIRECTLY to the guy working on memorial day morning (5-30-22) BY HIMSELF! I hope your billion dollar company could afford to get you some help in there. This guy was taking orders and trying to make them at the same time. Wearing his gloves (unlike the kid at the Derby location) and always gets the order correct. Your doing a great job!
