Sandwiches were ok, my cheese burger had onion on it, don't like onion, I think your lettuce and onion are too close on prep table. Fries were not as fresh and needed to be cooked longer. I think the person doing fries does not wait for the cooking oil to come up to temp before cooking more

Hands down my favorite burger franchise. Never been disappointed with food or service. Quality and freshness can't be beaten. Two thumbs up.

Bacon cheeseburger and fries were good. Shift manager and another tall young man were working their butts off. Same young man (no name tags) was courteous. Said thank you when bfriend picked up meal at counter, made fries,put burgers together,etc.. Short young man didn't greet a single customer. Made eye contact w/ female customer then turned his back and scraped out grease trap w/ cooking utensil and ate food by the fryer. 3rd young man wiped eyes and forehead w/ top of hand w/ gloves on. Didn't change them. Place looked clean,even bathroom. Do not think we'll return there due to food sanitation issues.

One of the best burger chains ever! Food is high quality and always fresh with big portions. The burgers are more on the expensive side but it's worth your money especially for being able to put many types of toppings and condiments in it. A large cajun fries are always great to share with friends or family. Milkshakes are a must have as well, they have a perfect amount of sweetness and thickness. My favorite is the banana milkshake. Staff are friendly, attentive, and are always keeping busy in the clean establishment.

These days, service usually isn't that good at most restaurants and stores. The people working when I visited were excellent five star customer service from the gentleman taking my order to the guys running the grill to the gentleman who handed me my order. The food was excellent as well. Thank you for the great service!
