Delicious food and outstanding service. Update: August 28, 2022 - My salad was incredibly fresh and chilled, with the berries being just right. Our meals arrived quickly, and, as always, everything was exceptional. We highly recommend this restaurant. Update: December 18, 2023 - It’s still just as fantastic. The food continues to be perfect, the service is excellent, and the restaurant maintains a high standard of cleanliness.

Everything about this restaurant is excellent! I'm trying to eat healthier, and the options available here are perfect for me. It's hard to find places that offer such a wide variety of healthy choices. I especially love their "pick 2" option, which allows me to enjoy both a salad and a sandwich without feeling deprived for the rest of the day or week. The service is quite good overall. Though I've had a few encounters with some less-than-friendly staff, the delicious food keeps me coming back.

We visit this restaurant multiple times a week, and it is undoubtedly my favorite place to eat. It's the only place I truly crave. I always order the spicy turkey and broccoli and cheese soup—it's simply the best! The staff is consistently polite and efficient, and our food never takes long to arrive. Their sweet tea is absolutely delicious! If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. In the 50+ times I've dined here, I've never had a bad experience. While it's not the cheapest sandwich shop around, as my husband and I usually spend a minimum of $30 and up to $60 per visit, totaling around $120 or more a week, I believe it’s worth every penny. Thank you, McAlister's, for being my family's favorite sandwich shop!
