Seafood Shop - Wichita

Wow! So many good things to say about Seafood Shop and the people who work there. I messaged them last week letting them know me and my friend were going to do a seafood boil. It was my first time ever making a boil of any kind, but after lots of research i felt confident! Now all i needed was a place to get all the meat. THIS!! Is THE place to go for seafood to cook at home. Shrimp, lobster, crab, oysters, you name it. We got king crab, snow crab, 20 oysters, 2 pounds of snow crab, and they threw in some extra oysters just in case, and gave me half off my shucker since i didn’t have one, and who huge lemons. The people who work there are so nice and helped me pick out everything and told me i should let them know how my boil went : don’t mean to brag, buuut, my boil was better than Restaurants near by that are dedicated to boils. More food for half the price, and you’re supporting local business. 1000% will be doing boils more often, and for any seafood, i will not only come back but be a long time customer for as long as i live in Wichita! Thank you so so much!

Being from SW Kansas I have always had to pay big monies to enjoy fresh seafood. We heard of this spot from a friend and tried it out. We were greeted immediately and the Owner Evan began a conversation. Evan explained the business history and introduced us to Evan. The place is legit as it had a nice assortment of meals already prepared. We walked in right at closing time so the display was empty but through discussion they gathered up what we were looking for. I travel to ICT regularly and I cannot wait to go back to buy more. Looking forward to the Wagyu beef and Blue Point Oysters. Thanks Evan and Jay for the product insight and 5 star customer service! Great service packaged our purchase on ice for the trip home. Grilled salmon for Mother’s Day. Will definitely buy fish there again.

I often buy fish here, I have never encountered anything that is not fresh. Very tasty sandwiches with herring it is convenient to buy to take away. A loyalty program is in effect

I ordered some Alaskan crab legs, which were a bit expensive for just two clusters – I ended up paying nearly $300! However, they were fresh and delicious!
