Probably my luck turning up at the tail end of the day craving fish and chips on a blustery evening. My food wasn’t cooked to order so no wonder the chips were a tad ‘unfresh’ leaving me literally 5 min to scoff them before the cold outside turned them to a cold greasy affair. Fish batter suffered the same fate. I’m known never to waste food but this went into the bin after finishing just after half. The warm half was good enough. Next time I’d sit in a restaurant pay £5 more for a fresh (maybe smaller) portion Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Some of the best fish and chips I've had for a long time. Freshly cooked and short wait. Beware the size of the large fish supper, single portion enough for two of us.
